Vhi Women’s Mini Marathon brand ambassador, Nathalie Lennon, is a qualified personal trainer and nutritional and health coach passionate about spreading an authentic message based on body confidence and an optimal relationship with both food and fitness.
Nathalie has created 3 sets of 12 week training plans designed to cater for all levels of fitness. So whether you’re planning to walk, jog or run the 10k, you can choose the plan that it right for you.
We’ll be posting weekly updates on each training plan on our socials, or you can check out and download the 12 week plans on this page.
We recommend that you seek medical advice before you set out on your training adventure. Then all you need is a pair of running shoes and you’re good to go!
