We will always collect your data directly from you, unless it is a group registration, such as a club, school or charity event. It is the responsibility of the group to obtain your consent for us to register your details.
We collect your details through online registration, application through The Irish Independent or postal application. All registrations are securely processed through our event management platform, then paper applications securely destroyed.
Due to the nature of our events and the level of repeat attendance, we retain your basic contact details for 7years after your last event, so we can update you on future events.
You can opt-out of communication at any time; by clicking the ‘unsubscribe’ link in our newsletters. Or contact our Privacy Officer using the contact details above.

To ensure we can validate race times and age groups, Njuko will retain your basic race details.
